Sarah J. Kalemeris is Senior Corporate Counsel – Corporate Intellectual Property and IP Litigation at T-Mobile USA, Inc, in Bellevue, Washington, where she handles all aspects of intellectual property, including patent, copyright, and trademark litigation and pre-litigation, patent prosecution, and intellectual property counseling for the company.

Ms. Kalemeris is formerly of Winston & Strawn LLP in Chicago and Marshall, Gerstein & Borun LLP in Chicago where she focused her practice on high-tech patent litigation in District Courts in several jurisdictions and before the International Trade Commission and Federal Circuit.

Ms. Kalemeris received her B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Duke University in 2003 and she received her M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Vanderbilt University in 2007. While earning her masters degree, Ms. Kalemeris conducted research projects focused on radiation effects, radiation hardening by design, solid state devices, and software engineering. She received her J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law in 2010, where she served as articles editor of the Journal of Technology and Intellectual Property.
