Rose Alyssa Keagy

Rose has over 30 years of intellectual property law experience. More specifically, she has experience in patent preparation, patent prosecution, patent licensing, patent litigation, commercial litigation, general legal transactions and support, and patent-related counseling. She has worked on numerous areas of technology, such as photovoltaics, semiconductor processing, semiconductor productization, semiconductor testing, semiconductor packaging, missiles, military tanks, printers, telecommunications, FPLA, DRAM, SRAM, FRAM, EEPROM, Field Emission Displays, component test, circuit board test, Digital Signal Processors, calculators, Graphical System Processors, ASIC, broadband radio, MP3 players, atomic clocks, Hall sensors, and mixed signal devices. While working as an engineer at Texas Instruments Incorporated in their military defense business, she held a security clearance that was issued by the U.S. government.

Rose is licensed to practice law in Texas, Minnesota, and the District of Columbia. In addition to her Juris Doctor, she holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Masters of Business Administration.
