
Megan Legband
Megan Legband is an associate at Farrow-Gillespie Heath Wilmoth LLP. She focuses her practice on representing for-profit and nonprofit entities in a variety of transactional issues, including corporate governance, entity selection and formation, employment concerns, and other matters. She additionally provides support to the firm’s business litigation practice. Prior to joining Farrow-Gillespie Heath Wilmoth, Megan clerked for the Honorable K. Nicole Mitchell in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
Megan graduated from the University of Texas School of Law in 2020. During law school, Megan served as Managing Online Content Editor for the Texas Law Review and mentored groups of first-year students as a Dean’s Fellow in Texas Law’s Society Program. Before attending Texas Law, Megan was a University Scholar at Baylor University, where she graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2015.
