Kevin Collins is a partner with Covington & Burling in Washington, DC, and is a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property and Commercial Litigation Groups. Kevin is a seasoned trial lawyer with more than fifty trials, and has represented clients in a wide variety of patent, trademark, trade secret, and commercial matters in various forums, including many United States District Courts, the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and the International Trade Commission.

Aside from intellectual property cases, Kevin maintains an active pro bono practice that includes handling criminal cases in Maryland and Washington, DC, and representing the Maryland state trial judges association in proceedings relating to judicial discipline.
