Jeff Eichmann is a Plaintiffs’ lawyer, representing inventors in high-tech patent cases. Formerly a senior partner at Dovel & Luner, Jeff founded the EICHMANN law firm in January 2022.

Jeff serves as lead trial counsel in a number of cases in the District and across the country, often in partnership with other firms. Over the years, he has obtained numerous seven- and eight-figure verdicts and settlements for his clients, as well as important wins at the PTAB and the Federal Circuit.

Jeff also handles other types of high-stakes commercial litigation, including claims for fraud, breach of contract, and business torts, as well as complex class actions.

Jeff grew up in South Jersey, 25 minutes outside of Philly. He graduated from Georgetown University (Phi Beta Kappa, magna cum laude) and Harvard Law School (magna cum laude).

Jeff lives in Los Angeles with his wife (a transactional entertainment lawyer) and four year old son (who wants to be a pumpkin for Halloween, which to him means wearing a t-shirt that has a pumpkin on it).
