Geoff Culbertson represents individuals, businesses and associations in state and federal courts across Texas and Arkansas. He is licensed to practice in both states and admitted to the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Western and Southern Districts of Texas, the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas and the United States Courts of Appeals for the Federal, Fifth and Eighth Circuits.

Geoff is a former Director and President of the Eastern District of Texas Bar Association and member of the Local Rules Committee for the Eastern District of Texas.

Geoff joined his firm in Texarkana in 2005 after completing a judicial clerkship with then Chief Judge Thad Heartfield of the Beaumont Division. Geoff graduated with honors from Baylor Law School where he served as the Editor in Chief of the Baylor Law Review.
