Danielle Williams is a litigation partner in Winston’s Charlotte office.
She has extensive experience in handling high-risk, multi-patent, multi-product, and multi-defendant cases in a broad range of technologies, in federal courts across the country. She regularly advises clients regarding various pre-suit patent litigation issues, including indemnity obligations and declaratory judgment options.
Danielle received her B.A. in English and Spanish from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1992, and her M.B.A. from Wake Forest University in 1996. She received her J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law in 1996, where she was a recipient of the Robert Goldberg Award for Excellence in Trial Advocacy.
