D. Ryan Locker
Ryan Locker is a federal prosecutor and the Deputy Criminal Chief for National Security and Cybercrime for the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Texas. Mr. Locker first became an Assistant United States Attorney with the Eastern District of Texas in 2012. Prior to becoming an AUSA, Mr. Locker was an Assistant District Attorney and Assistant County Attorney in Brownwood, Texas from 2006 to 2012, and a civil litigator in Houston from 2004 to 2006. Mr. Locker prosecutes all manner of federal crimes, including white collar, drug trafficking, child exploitation, health care fraud, and violent crime. As Deputy Criminal Chief, Mr. Locker is the lead prosecutor in the district for national security cases and those involving complex cybercrime. Mr. Locker is also a retired Major in the United States Army Reserves, an alumnus of the 101 st Airborne Division, and an Afghanistan combat veteran. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University and the University of Texas School of Law.
Ryan and his wife, Mandy, who is also an attorney, have 3 children: Jackson (14), Reagan (10), and Madison (6).
