
Caroline M. Craven

Caroline M. Craven has served as a United States Magistrate Judge for the Eastern District of Texas, Texarkana Division, since May 1998. She served as law clerk for United States District Judge David Folsom for three years prior.
She was in private practice as a trial lawyer with the firm of Patton, Roberts, McWilliams and Capshaw, L.L.P. from 1990 to 1995. She received her B.A. in history from the University of Arkansas in 1987 and her J.D. from the University of Arkansas in 1990 where she was a case note editor for the Arkansas Law Review. She is a member of the Texas Bar Association and the Arkansas Bar Association. She is serving her last year on the bench to complete three terms with the Eastern District of Texas.
