
Bryan Sinclair
Bryan Sinclair is the Sr. Director and Associate General Counsel of IP Litigation at Cisco Systems where he oversees an incredibly talented team and the management of all of Cisco’s intellectual property litigation in U.S. District Courts, the International Trade Commission, the Patent Trial and Appeals Board, the Federal Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court as well as foreign jurisdictions. Cisco has historically been a party to numerous patent infringement cases in Texas including both the Eastern and Western Districts. As a result, Bryan has a significant amount of experience litigating cases both as outside counsel and the client in Texas federal Courts.
Prior to joining Cisco in 2017, Bryan was an IP litigation partner in K L Gates’ Palo Alto office for over seven years and practiced in the IP litigation groups of several other international law firms over the course of his career. Bryan started his legal career as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Peter T. Fay of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit where he spent his first year after graduation from law school.
