Tom Gibson is an Assistant United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Texas, working in the Plano office of the Sherman Division. His work in the criminal division has focused on white collar and complex cases. He previously worked both in the civil division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office defending complex personal injury, medical malpractice, and employment cases. Prior to the U.S. Attorney’s Office, he practiced with the Potter Minton, P.C. (previously Potter, Minton, Roberts, Davis & Jones, P.C.) law firm in Tyler, Texas.
