After graduating from Stanford Law School, Eric clerked for Chief Judge Rodney Gilstrap in the Eastern District of Texas and Judge Kathleen O’Malley on the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.  Eric also worked at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia.  Eric now serves as a Counsel to the Assistant Attorney General for the U.S. Department of Justice Antitrust Division, where his work focuses on digital platforms and labor issues.
