Madison Jobe has served at the District Clerk’s Office in the Eastern District of Texas since 2019 and has administered the CJA eVoucher system since 2021. Ms. Jobe received her B.S. magna cum laude from the University of Texas at Tyler in 2020.  As the eVoucher Administrator, Ms. Jobe performs the regular audit and review of eVouchers submitted to the Eastern District, maintains the eVoucher system, manages the case budgets for budgeted CJA cases, and provides technical assistance to internal and external users of eVoucher.
